Should you require assistance, we offer a wide range of services including home assistance, personal care, nursing services, transport and social activities.

If you like the sound of a ‘Concierge lifestyle’ then you’ve come to the right place! At Europa our Concierge will get to know you and help you with your day-to-day needs. Having a parcel delivered? Our Concierge will take care of it. Need dry cleaning done? The Concierge can arrange it. From booking Europa on Alma’s shared car (a fabulous Tesla no less) to organising dog walking to helping you book tickets to a show, our Concierge is here to help you and make your life easier, every day. With such friendly, supportive service on tap, this is the stress-free retirement you deserve.
Looking after your wellness
With a focus on improving your health and wellbeing, our ground floor support office has consulting rooms offering a range of allied health services*, with treatment plans often incorporating Europa on Alma’s specialised gym. Being able to continue to enjoy doing the things you love and to live independently in your retirement is our goal. Our team will collaborate and support you in arranging activities, such as fitness training, yoga or Tai Chi.

Bolton Clarke At Home care
When you live at Europa on Alma, you’ll have quick, easy access to these services via the onsite support office. Should you ever need some extra support or care, it’s good to know that it’s close by. Book an appointment with one of our experienced staff at the At Home office to talk about your needs and let them tailor a package that suits you.
