We’ve been shortlisted for a prestigious award

We’re excited to announce that Europa on Alma has been shortlisted for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victoria Awards for Excellence. Our fabulous retirement community has been nominated in the Special Purpose Living award category.

For 27 years the UDIA Awards for Excellence Program has recognised and celebrated quality and innovation in urban development. Specialised award categories acknowledge the best in urban development across Victoria.

Bolton Clarke is justifiably proud of the outstanding retirement community we have created here in St Kilda. Europa on Alma is woven into our history, sitting on the site of the former head office of the RDNS, which helped form our organisation many years ago.
