Our Tower Crane is on site!
We were excited to see our Tower crane delivered and installed on site, with the help of 8 men and over 18 semi-trailer loads of equipment.
Fun Facts
- This is the largest Electric Luffing Crane in Victoria
- Tower Height 29m – equivalent to a 9 storey building
- Tip Height 80m – the same height as the Statue of Liberty
- Counterweights 40t – similar to 6 adult elephants
- Diesel Generator 300kva powers the crane, providing sufficient capacity to power 10 residential houses
Construction is well underway for our first residents to move in Spring 2021.
Once completed, the six-storey building will feature 81 one, two and three bedroom premium apartments offering a warm community, retirement with support and a concierge lifestyle.
