An array of energy-efficient features at Europa on Alma have earned the building an impressive 7.2 energy rating under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme.

In anticipation of the uptake of Electric Vehicles (EVs), electric vehicle charging bays are being installed in the basement carpark.
