Terms and conditions: RSL Care RDNS Limited (Bolton Clarke) will cover up to $5,000, $10,000 or $20,000 for Coco Republic furniture and accessories for a one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom apartment respectively on the first ten (10) contracts entered into for the sale of apartments at Europa on Alma between the period 1 September 2023 and 31 October 2023 (the Promotion). The terms and conditions of the Promotion are strictly as follows: The Promotion is available only on new contracts entered into between 1 September 2023 and 31 October 2023 (the Promotional Period) and must settle by 31 December 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not available for any contracts entered into outside the Promotional Period and only DA approved bedrooms qualify. The presence of a Multi-purpose room or study will not qualify as a bedroom. The Promotion is only valid on settlements entered into within the Promotional Period and by 31 December 2023. Contracts that are subject to a precondition of settlement (i.e. sale of residents house), will not be eligible for the Promotion. Only the first ten (10) contracts for the purchase of an apartment at Europa on Alma during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion. Only one (1) Gift Voucher is available on the contract entered into by the Resident/s. Eligible Incoming Residents will have up to $5,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, $10,000 for a two-bedroom apartments and $20,0000 for a three-bedroom apartment for Coco Republic furniture and accessories for their new apartment once settlement has occurred. The Promotion is exclusive to apartments sold at Europa on Alma and not available at any other Bolton Clarke Retirement Village.
